বাংলা টেলিভিশন কানাডা, বাংলা ভাষায় অনুষ্ঠান নির্মাণ ও প্রচারে CRTC’র ( Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান। কানাডার অন্যতম বৃহৎ ইলৈকট্রনিক মিডিয়া ‘ÔOMNI Television Network’ এর পার্টনার বাংলা টেলিভিশন কানাডা। ২০০৬ সালের ৮ই জানুয়ারি থেকে অদ্যাবধি নিয়মিত অনুষ্ঠান প্রচার অব্যাহত রেখেছে। বহুজাতিক সংস্কৃতির দেশ কানাডায়, প্রত্যেক জাতি, গোষ্ঠি ও ভাষাভাষী মানুষই তাদের নিজস্ব সংস্কৃতির চর্চা ও লালন করে। বাংলা ভাষা ও সংস্কৃতিকে কানাডিয়ান টেলিভিশন মিডিয়ায় বাংলা টিভি সম্মানজনকভাবে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করছে।
কানাডা’র প্রান্ত থেকে প্রান্তরে বসবাসরত লক্ষ বাংলাভাষীরা দেড় দশকেরও বেশি সময় ধরে আমাদের অনুষ্ঠান উপভোগ করছেন। কানাডায় বসবাস করেন এমন সব গুণী মানুষদের উপস্থাপন করাই আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য। এছাড়াও বাংলাদেশ, ভারত ও পৃথিবীর অন্যত্র বসবাসরত বাংলাভাষী গুণীজনেরা যারা কানাডায় আসেন, আমরা তাদেরও উপস্থাপনের চেষ্টা করি। বিগত দিনে আমরা সংগীত, নাট্য, নৃত্য, আবৃত্তি ইত্যাদি শিল্পীদের পারফরমেন্স প্রচার করা ছাড়াও প্রতিথযশা কবি, সাহিত্যিক, চিত্র শিল্পী, পেশাজীবিসহ বহু গুণী মানুষদের উপস্থাপন করেছি। আমরা প্রতিনিয়ত চেষ্টা করছি বিনোদনের পাশাপশি নানা বিষয়ে তথ্য উপাত্ত দিয়ে প্রবাসে বাঙালিদের সামাজিক-সাংস্কৃতিক ভিতকে মজবুত করতে।

Bangla Television Canada is a licensed Tv show producer and broadcaster in Bengali Language by CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission). Bangla Tv Canada producing Bengali Tv shows since January 2006 in association with the Top Canadian broadcaster “OMNI Television Network”. In the multi-cultural society of Canada, people of every culture, race and language maintain and practice their own traditions and arts. Bangla Tv Canada presenting Bengali culture and language through the mainstream electronic media in Canada.
Hundreds of thousands of Bengali speaking people living in the coast to coast of Canada are watching our shows over 15 years now. Our intention is to present the talented Bengali individuals living in Canada. However we also present those talented Bengali people visiting Canada from Bangladesh, India and even Bengali guests from other countries too. Singers, painters, actors, dancers, poem recites, poets, writers and different professionals were presented by Bangla Tv Canada. We are continuously trying to provide information, along with recreation in order to establish the social and cultural roots of the Bengali speaking people here in Canada.
